Destroys Kahn? No. Blows Casamayor away? No. You see how Gamboa's defense his with his hands always low and being cocky and you also saw what happened to Katsidis.. Yeah, Casamayor went through hell if you wanna say that, but he also won the fight by knocking out Katsidis.. Katsidis has a poor defense and kept bum rushing Casa, who was there to counter his ass all day..

You just can't deal with Supernatural Triumvirate express riders, some of the most knowledgable on the forum. Gamboa is a god-King and will soon be an unstoppable, angry force to be reckoned with. Katsidis' chin is way worse than Gamboa's...WAY WORSE. He was getting roked by Czar Amensot.

I do think Gamboa would beat Casamayor...maybe not NOW but definitely soon.

Gamboa's reflexes and chin are tops of Katsidis...it's almost insulting to use that as the blueprint of your argument.

True, now that I really think about it.

Gamboa has the sheer crippling power of Hercules condensed into those gloves -- he makes Hamed look like Malignaggi in the power department. Gamboa also has speed that would dazzle Camacho, make Roy Jones Jr's jaw drop, put Ali to shame. Gamboa's chin -- as proven in his last excellent match -- is also made from an unbreakable substance mined from a distant planet, and he could most likely invite Julian Jackson to stand there and hit him with flush combination after combination and simply smile back at him, tickled.

I have seen the light, and I now follow thee into the truth of the prophet that Gamboa is.

I agree in a way, but Gamboa DOES destroy Khan.

 

Just because I like pain and because I'm too stupid to know better I'm just going to continue.

It's 50/50 because there are a)a **** load of nationalists and b)a lot of people who think big punching power =success as a fighter. If you need evidence look at all the Edwin Valero butt buddies on here.

If you would've said AJ Banal,Povetkin or Abner Mares I would've thought about it...but Amir Khan (while not overrated) is certainly not someone I consider a top prospect.

Casa wouldn't be on his bicycle as much against Gamboa and would still counter Gamboa.. As I said, Gamboa is too overconfident and has a poor defense.. But yeah, maybe in a couple years he could beat Casa, but not now.
