His haircut is nice also, some fool posted that he's sporting an 80's style cut. Gamboa is King, therefore he sets the fashion standards and that poster in particular is indeed the one that is 'so last season'.

People don't realise that Gamboa is supernatural in every aspect of his Royal day to day life. We should all model ourselves to live like he does, fit and strong, fiery will and righteous policy. All hail King Gamboa, leader of the new boxing empire made in his image.

I'm contemplating tattooing his name to my forhead by the way, it will help me out with the opposite sex because they will think about Gamboa while looking at me and automatically become aroused.

YES! His trunks impressed me far more than his preformance... Although he is a very talented fighter with huge potential. But He's definitley not ready for PAC, JMM, Guzzy or Valero. He needs some more fine tuning at the Pro level. We need to stop with all this garbage that he can beat the very best RIGHT NOW in his division. It's completely unwarranted given his first step up against a C level fighter.

He showed signs of why he has this "HYPE" surrounding him....not the crazy hype coming from fans but the realistic hype that grounded hard core fans can clearly see. He's not a Ray Robinson or a Floy yet....he's not even a Valero or a Linares yet. He needs some more time to hone his skills and figure out a PRO style that will work for him.

And the chin strap **** is some gay **** you're spewing with no kind of embarassment. Lets stick to boxing and leave the beauty contest **** to the ladies.....or butt pirates.

I'm trying to tell these kids the same thing but what can I say...they are seriously riding his dick. I for one see his great potential but he needs some more fine tuning to get him to his peak and not pushed like Vargas. I hope they don't push this kid that hard.....some people are saying that Valero would get punished by this kid....maybe in a few years but right now...he's taking a dirt nap by the 3rd round if his team feeds him to edwin.

 

The AM experience doesn't alway equal PRO experience...actually there is no comparison. He does very well in the AM ranks but if his team wants to bring him along like he and his camp are saying they are sorely mistaken if they want to fight the likes of Pac, JMM, Valero and even Linares at this point in his early career. He can peak if brought along in a reasonable fashion, but they are talking like he's a champion already which is disconcerning. If they believe that it's more concerning.

 

I completly agree, he can't pull that crap with top level guys. What if a bigger puncher had landed that shot in the 4th on him, I see another Naseem Hamed where his skill gets him by but he's too arrogant for his own good and gets beat by a master of the sport. But this is all speculation, he's only had 10 fights and maybe he'll smarten up and realize his full potential, because he no doubt has world class skill.

How could you not be even slightly impressed with that performace? He dominated and shutout (or damn near) a very solid fighter in his 10th pro fight. Sure he has some things to work on, but name someone else that was at his stage right now in his 10th fight. Khan is still screwing around with taxi cab drivers and keeping his china-chin protected while Gamboa is shutting out fringe contenders.

Agreed. Except for the Valero part, you know where I stand on that. Valero is RIDICULOUSLY overrated because of his record, opponents, and ko ratio.

Agree on the second part, but Linares and Valero are nothing special imo
