Garcia completely ruined Matthysse.

MVC! You're not convincing anyone but yourself, the rest of us boxing fans don't care what you think. Matthysse still has a lot to give boxing, if you hate him so much do us all a favour and stop talking about him so much, it's weird.

 

I have more respect for Matthysse now than I did before, he is awesome!!! I just could not believe his stamina. When he got knocked down it was a flash knockdown, the other knockdown was from a punch behind the head. Once Matthysse got warmed up, started to use his jab, he destroyed Molina.............. Fight of the year!!!

 

Looks quite the opposite, since Garcia vs Matthysse, Danny boy got that ridiculous haircut on that head boxed off by herrera, while Matthysse comes back from 2 knockdowns to KO molina in a FOTY candidate.

So looks like Matthysse ruined Danny boy is a far more plausible statement.

 

I'm disappointed in Matthysse tonight. Molina is not that good and he mostly fought at 135. He was a big favorite for a reason and he almost got knocked out. It was a showcase fight and it was a struggle.

 

Likewise Danny boy was expected to destroy herrera but instead got that ridiculous haircut on his head boxed off.

The difference being Matthysse beat his man clearly, while Danny boy needed some gift aid from the Al Haymon team.

there is no exposure i know exactly what to expect from lucas. i know what the man can do and not do. i had him winning going into the fight, then after then 2nd rd i thought he was going to get stopped. but he despite to 2 knock downs he suffered and the head butt that had him bleeding, he took like a man and broke his man down.

The knockdown from the Garcia fight Lucas wasn't even hurt, he was just overwhelmed couldnt see the shots coming and took a knee. Even Lucas said Danny got lucky and he did.

 

i agree with ruslan beating him ruslan would put fanny boy in a coma as well
