You bring good points I really did like that part where his corner kind of put him in his place and said come on Bro your young your the powerful one, pressure him bring the pain.. and bam he put him down after that it was pretty much a sad sight seeing him connect On Morales with power... that's how he should have fought in the early and mid part.. but I hope he fights this way against Khan brings the pressure and comes forwad he HAS the POWER... he just needs a good gameplan.. Peterson already set the Blueprint it's up to him to study it and employ with his own skills, which is a pretty good punch and a good boxing skillset.

Let's see what happens didn't really think about this fight, but am starting to like it.

 

Nice speculation. Still doesnt change the fact that Khan was knocked out cold by Prescott and got pummeled by Maidana and Peterson. Any more of those ass whoopings and there wont be much of a career left to talk about. Khans about to become as shot as Morales, Holt, and Campbell are once Garcia is done with him.

 

Meh, that peterson fight was bull****, I had khan winning by one point. Doesn't matter anyway as that guy is a ****ing drugs cheat. I personally don't think garcia's inside game is as strong as peterson so khan will have an easier time with keeping him at arms length. Also doesn't change the fact khan still beat maidana whereas garcia lost to theophane and got a gift from the judges.

 

Garcia doesnt have special Maidana power or Khan speed but he's a multi-dimensional, well rounded fighter. He's got a lot of heart and a good chin. Who does that sound like? Timothy Bradley. I love these types of fighters because they have to work 10X harder to make up for their lack of special talent. Garcia will fight Khan till the death and i believe once Khan gives his all and still gets clipped with counter-punches, its gonna be Khan Peterson all over, running, pushing and complaining. Khan wont even see the shot he gets ko'd with. He will be in shock once he wakes up from his nap! lol

 

And yeah I agree, this is a big fight for khan, a good win will allow him to move up to 147with a good record and potential fights vs big names.

 

I thought it was a bit tame despite how effectively annoying it was.

Almost nobody gave Peterson a shot. And he got the W. Thats what counts. Garcia Theophane was close and ended in SD. Close fights like that arent robberies. Rios vs Abril was a robbery. Get it right. Khan got the W but almost knocked out in the process. And ko'd by Prescott who cant seem to win a fight anymore. And you dont just need an inside game to beat Khan, you just have to back him up. He can not fight on the back foot either, not just the inside. Prescott caught him with a 1, 2 from range i believe. Maidana caught him with looping shots, Peterson killed him to the body. Theres lots of ways to beat Khan cause he has NO defense and Garcia will expose him as well.
