i appreciate your honesty. i happen to think angel is hilarious and i can't understand how so many ppl let the man get under their skin. i knew garcia was going to outbox matthysse. one of former fighters served as a sparring partner for matthysse, so i knew first hand that it's easy to outbox him. i knew danny was capable if he stuck to the plan. for the record...i scored the herrera fight a draw. again, i could see it going a few rounds either way. when a fight is that close...u have to expect there to be some discontent. as for your claim that herrera whipped garcia...i didn't see that. just because danny was giving movement doesn't mean that herrera was backing him up. it's called boxing. neither guy had control consistently. neither guy dominated. as for the other two fights you're calling gifts...again, i don't agree. i would suggest you learn how to score a fight.

I disagree. I think herrera controlled the fight. Consistently and Herrera did back him up. For record I had it 7-5. N no, that's not usually considered a whipping but garcia was a 10-1 favorite over a guy who fought an 8 round fight in his last outing. Herrera had control of that ring. If you think I can't score a fight I'm glad to post my card. We are only one round apart. The whipping I refer to is due to to herreras ring generalship and intelligence in a fight in which he was a huge underdog against a much younger lineal unified champion. I picked Herrera from the get. Unlike a lot of guys who are afraid of being labeled a "hater" I don't mind saying I hate his dad. ****y smug little pricks **** me off. Again, I'm not "hating" on him I just hate him.

And I don't hate danny. Feel bad for him really cuz he's just along for the ride. Hate the crooked pricks who are funding the trip. And his dad. Whom danny will fire as trainer soon I'm willing to bet. Also, man...just look at the team after the fight n between rounds. And at post fight conference. They know they lost. Doesn't take a psych major to read body language and read between the **** they say. And where did the going to 147 crap come from? No mention of that before. And danny looked great for the fight. It's an excuse. Come on man...

one round off. i didn't know danny ws a 10-1 favorite. i had a feeling it was going to be a tough fight based on the little i knew about herrera. an upset was likely. 7-5 is not dominant.

angel is a pretty good trainer who has gotten his son to this level so i can't hate on the man. i do think he talks a lot of ****...but i take all that with a grain of salt because it's just talk meant to psych his sons opposition. i can't believe how easily some of these guys are flustered by it. i do believe that he did a horrible job in the corner for this fight...but just like the fighters themselves...everyone has bad days. hopefully they learn from this and are better because of it. at the end...even though he didn't get the decision, herreras stock goes up. he gave a great account of himself and will get other opportunities as a result.

7-5, to me, is dominant when u consider the depth of herreras ring intelligence. he gave away the 11th to dominate the 12th. And he controlled the fight. That was herreras fight they were fighting even tho I gave danny 5 rounds. Danny did not fail to show up or have a bad night. Herrera just made it his fight. Even in the 11th when danny had him agsinst the ropes n was firing away he wasn't hitting him!! To get technical...I gave danny 3 clear rounds one swing round and the 11th, probably Danny's best round, which Herrera gave him to conserve energy n go hard in 12th.

since everybody was so worked up about this fight, I took a look at it and scored it. I'm not really interested in either fighter (nor that division). I liked Garcias sharper and cleaner punches, because that's the style I'm usually drawn to, but to me he didn't do enough and I had it 7-5 for Herrera, taking into account Garcia was the champion coming in. Just wanted to leave that here as an unbiased (as much as I can be) opinion :)

Herrera is the new champion and everyone knows it. Garcia has his personal referee and judges to protect him...........
