I would not say he ruined him at all. Even with the result of the Herrera fight, that he lost. Garcia, fought a smart fight and was fortunate with the eye. I can not see any scenario where he gets back in there with Lucas. The first fight took too much out of him. Lucas, probably would even go to 147 to get him again.
