I would bet even bigger in the rematch!!

Danny knows Lucas throws wild ass shots and is wide open for counters. he watched Lucas's fights against Devon and Judah and theres a reason why he lost plenty of rounds in those fights.

If they rematch i bet Garcia by KO because Matthysse will know he cant win a decision (and is only 2-3 when it goes to the cards) so he will swing more and be more wide open.

garcia by vicious KO if they rematch down the road.

Devon is faster but Garcia is more solid in all areas. more power, better chin, better footwork and stamina. devon wont beat Garcia IMO

Lucky? Again, it was caused by Garcia's offensive work, maybe Lucas needs to tighten up that D. Or do suggest he go in with a rabbits foot next time to avoid a busted face due to bad luck?

I dont know about that but Garcia is getting very good. garcia's best chance is to fight Floyd for his last fight on his contract. that could be his best shot when mayweather is 38 and Garcia is 27. for undsiputed WW champ.

Garcia needs to fight speeders when he moves up in weight. Somebody like Alexander would be a great fight for him

    :good:good

Sounds like boxlife either was so wrong in his prediction or is very butthurt by garcia winning. I dont see what the problem is. garcia winning that fight in front of the whole world is great for boxing. From philly, Puerto Ricans got his back, dangerous power and solid boxing skills, i mean it was great for the sport he won.

    I agree,he needs a fight or 2 at 147 before Floyd. Maybe,brook,Alexander,or Thurman
But he should Fight Floyd, who at 140 or 147 is better than Garcia?

he was hurt plenty of times. Ate counters like crazy. He took them well because he has a good chin but those body punches hurt him bad. U know thats the reason for the knockdown right? Garcia threw 2 massive body punches that hurt Matthysse and he basically took a knee after that. go watch.

Yes hes not an insane puncher but hes damn good. Hes power can hurt anybody. and hes knocked down all of his last 10 opponets, that says something. even Garnite chin Matthysse went down which shocked the crap out of you

if it wasnt legit then how come he didnt just stand up and not go down?? Because he was hurt with the body punch and was taking alot of punishment thru the fight.

The knockdown was an accumalation of punishment thruout the fight. so yes your kinda of right that the knockdown wasnt very cleran but Matthysse needed a break by getting hit with those bombs
