Matthysse was guaranteed a title fight against the winner of Garcia/Judah fight, but instead, Matthysse will have to fight Peterson (who tested positive for roids and got away with it) this fight is to protect Garcia as they will try to cheat Matthysse out of a win no matter what. The referee and judges will do all they can to help Peterson. No drug tests for Peterson? Would not surprise me at all. I would pick Matthysse to knock Garcia out and they know it. So........they will have Peterson to run like Hell, take points away from Matthysse, and do anything else to cheat him. Matthysse has already beaten Judah and Alexander, but was cheated. Matthysse will have to get a knockout to get a draw. They want to keep Matthysse away from Garcia..............

Man you are a complete moron,I bet you said the same thing before he fought Khan, that he was limited and that Khan would school him and bla bla bla.Can you remind me what happened in that fight. Why the **** should he throw the jab if he doesn't need to,getting into a war of the jab with Zab who is twice as quick as him would have been ******ed instead of jabbing he used body shots to slow the older man down which is smart boxing as Zab has been stopped to the body before.Garcia knows what he's good at and it works so why the **** should he change. Its only ******s and morons like yourself who don't notice the little adjustments he makes in fights he obviously studies his opponents very well.Hes a decent boxer with good power and an iron chin who hasn't been beaten or even looked close to it yet.Dont hate on him...

    This thread is bull****..

In all honesty I think he's just short term champion as I can see at least 5 fighters at 140 beating him (Matthysee, Peterson, Broner, Rios, Alvardo and maybe even Khan in a rematch)

I don't think anybody has him on their list of future hall-of-famers or all-time greats, but he's a solid fighter who can do a mixture of things, is getting better and more experienced with each passing fight, and has fight changing power. He'll make for entertaining fights for a number of coming years and will probably rack up some nice wins against top 5-10 guys at 140 pounds.

Matthysse and Peterson yes, I think he would walk down Broner like you wouldn't believe and Broner has never felt power like that, Rios and Alvarado would be easy work, Alvarado doesn't punch hard enough and he would outbox this **** out of Rios, it would be more Bryan than a Pacquiao fight, seriously Rios and Alvarado wouldn't stand a chance in GB, I feel like Josesito Lopez beats them both and he's not a star in GB.

Don`t you know how many times Judah have been ko ?
Syzu, Mayweather, Kahn, Cotto have ko Judah.
Why should not a younger champion such as Garcia
not do the same to an older Judah ? He is overrated.

Well, I didn't see the fight since I do not have Showtime. I assume Judah did what he had to do to avoid the KO and put up a good showing...but Garcia hurt him from what I read and still won.

You can hate on Garcia all you want, but he's a solid fighter and is the man at 140. Until he loses...

The Cotto who beat Judah was heavily ducked same for Tszyu, you see casual Zab never ducked not one time.
