damn matthysse was on point in the beginning. ****ing low blows and the eye ****ed him. you can easily count 40+ (no exaggeration) low blows throughout the fight

 

Danny did his thing and fought a great fight. The low blows definitely helped but he was able to withstand the power of Lucas which proved to be a big contributor to the outcome. Danny is a very good fighter and he proved many people wrong with that win.

No kidding I knew the lowbows were bad.. but rewatch it.. holy fcking **** one of the worst ballbusting fights i've ever seen next to Anthony Peterson Vs Brandon Rios. Only 1 point deduction in round 12 ain't good enough.

Low blows were bad enough... How about the clinches?? My God I've seen Mayweather in some clinch fests before, but the 12th round may as well took place in the UFC. I'm seriously going to go back eventually, watch the fight, and count how many clinches Garcia initiated. I couldn't beleive he never got a warning.
Mattysse could not/ cannot win on the outside unless a lucky punch. He needed to get on the inside and throw hard, but between clinches, low blows, and finally the eye swelling his opportunities were far and few between.

Mathysse might not be the most skilled guy out there but far away from bum, we both know it. He is a fukin tough guy, tough as they come, I am really impressed with him, he is a warrior.

Good, damn good win for Garcia where he proved he is a real champion there. I had serious doubts towards Garcia about his willingness to fight "the hard and the most dangerous challenges" before this fight was announced. He surely made me eat my crow.:good
