I really hope the Garcia-Matthysee fight happens. I wasn't sure if Garcia would take the fight but its looking more like he will.

The Mares-Gonzalez and Santa Cruz-Terraza doubleheader is a solid card. With this card, Garcia-Matthysee, and Mayweather-Alvarez that's a strong run of fights for GBP-they are beating Top Rank consistently with better shows.

There was talk of Mares and/or Santa Cruz being on the Mayweather-Alvarez undercard and with them off it will be interesting to see who goes on that card now.

Eric Gomez from GB said the fight is close to being finished and could be done today.

Fight bombs in la. Can't see the logic.

Lets take a dude from Argentina and a dude from Philly and put them in LA. Against one of the top draws in boxing (Chavez). Who will get the majority of the Hispanic crowd.

Seriously what are you thinking. Go put Danny on the east coast where it has at least a chance to draw a crowd.

Oh and when Garcia vs Juanma nearly triples the ratings of maidana vs Lopez, not sure you can call yourself the leader
