Garcia "No rematch for Matthysse, I'm the champ, he had his 1 and only chance"

It's the fight that people wanna see. Nobody cares about Garcia vs Malignaggi. There's no reason not to give the fans the Matthysse rematch that they want. Garcia is young, he can always move up to 147 after.

 

Garcia is a pu$$ plain and simple. He got quite lucky against Lucas with the eye and the ref on his side. It's OK though, he will be forced to fight Lucas again at some point, that is if Garcia doesn't get KTFO by Paulie or something.

 

Let Garcia go to 147 first, then come back here.

From what I have seen so far his plans are still at 140.

I've heard many people ask for a Matthysse rematch. I've hardly heard anyone asking for Gacia vs Porter or Thurman. Garcia could always fight those guys later. They ain't going anywhere and it would give it some time for those fights to build up and become talked about. Matthysse would probably even be willing to fight him at 147.

 

That's his prerogative. Personally I'd like to see a rematch without that clown weeks.

Getting hit in the eyeball really does change a fight. You dont realize this unless you actually fought in the ring.

To be fair if Danny moves to 147 and fights the top names i don't see the problem nor can you give him ****, More money to be made at 147, he should have one decent test at WW before taking on the top guys in the division, if he does this then big respect to Garcia. How can anyone deny that Garcia vs Maidana/ Thurman/ Porter ect isn't as good as a Mathysse rematch to me it is anyway.
