He's been walking guys down and cutting the ring off with no problem. He's efficient with his footwork although it will need more work as he moves up. Nobody has backed him up consistently, neither has his footwork lead to difficulties. Until this happens then it has to be rated as good. He has to keep improving though.

 

Every fight he's ever been in, because his footwork is poor in comparison to the top fighters in the division. He is flatfooted and uses very little movement.

At the lower weights when he was bigger than his opponents he was able to walk opponents down and beat them up ( apart from Ponce de Leon).

Against Malinaggi he was flat footed and ended up getting hit a lot because he has little movement.
