Broner came bone dry and still was 133.5 the guy won't even last at 135 long, expect him to move to 140 soon, so fighting the likes of Garcia, Judah, Khan might be possible in 2013.
Broner vs Khan = Massacre, Khan would destroy him, and sorry Adrien, but your not the first fighter to say that you could exploint Amirs "amateurish mistakes", just about every fighter hes faced has siad that
Im actually going to go on record saying Broners the real deal, and will exceed MANY peoples expectations. Im very excited to see the next couple years of fights with the upcoming tallent. Gamboa, Rios, Russel jr, Broner....Get a tourney going in a year!
Way too far ahead right now. He'll be at 135 for at least two years. For the time being, I see him beating most of the guys @ 135 right now, save Miguel Vazquez, (think he has the style to pick Broner apart), and DeMarco (think he has the punch, and timing to make it a close fight). Not saying I think these guys beat Broner, but I just think they are the only "50/50" fights for him at 135. Burns/Broner is still a good matchup, where I favor Broner. Other than those three, really not too much competition for Broner at 135. Don't think Abril beats him either.
Broner is a loud mouthed untested creep who will be destroyed by the FIRST decent puncher with skills that tests his chin, I guarantee it. "Daddy bring me a icepack for my jaw" after any fighter with skills gets in the ring with him TBG
Sounds like Broner's gotten to a few of you blokes! Forget what he says and how he acts. The reality is that he's still just a prospect with everything to prove. I think the likes of Khan, Judah and Garcia would probably be too much for him...right now. If he moves to 135, wins some big fights there and continues to improve, then who knows how good he could be in 12-18 months time. Too early to call now, I feel.
I think Burns is a good fight, he's been in with every style, is at the absolute top of his game, much MUCH better than the fighter who lost to Arthur ( contentious) and Johanneson all those years ago, even his current trainer admits that his style back then would never have won a championship fight
