No doubt he’s inconsistent, to say the least, but surely he’s up for this one? Benn’s not that level, he’s got to put him away, hasn’t he?

There’s little point trying to understand it at this stage you just have to marvel at the fact that Benn’s even ended up getting fights at this level

He's cashing out imo. Even a healthy looking Benn wouldn't have enough to beat Garcia. Can't help but think this seems like a bit of Karma for the Eubank situation.

 

Benn looks awful his face is so gaunt. I was watching an interview of him and Garcia the other day and Benn looked like he was struggling to even participate.

Benn saying he will skip 154 after this fight and go to 160/168, asides a Eubank trilogy (which no one wants) I don’t see too many huge fights at those weights.

 

Sounds crazy to me. He’s not big enough. I watched the Ruiz card on Friday and was taken aback by how big Vito Mielnicki Jr looked at 160. These MWs these days are huge and Benn is a bonafide 154.

The gear has been counterproductive for him if it’s resulted in him being too weak at 147/154 now.

 

It’s annoying how Benn thinks winning the WBC is his destiny just because his dad won it. I can’t wait for him to get a good beating I’m going to stay up for it I think and I never do that!

 

Draining himself to within an inch of his life so that when he gets blown away, potentially in the first round, he has a signed, sealed and delivered box of bull**** ready to go so Dana can shoehorn him into another title fight a couple of weight divisions higher, where he will also get obliterated if he fights anyone remotely close to elite level. Another day, another cash grab for Eggs Bennedict. Some work if you can get it.

 

Can you imagine Benn at 168 against someone like Caleb Plant? He hasn't got the frame to even consider going up to that weight.

I admire your honesty. How do you think the fight goes down? Personally I'd be surprised if Benn wins considering how he looked against Prograis, and that was at 150. I think he will be completely ineffective at this weight, lacking in power and sharpness, I can see Ryan stopping him maybe round 8 to 10.

 

Benn looks bad at the weight and this is why i think he will get stopped between rounds 7-9
If he was fine at the weight i think he would go the distance but still lose.
He has even said he will vacate if he wins and will fight at Super Middleweight.

 

It’s common sense and great value but I know if I put it on it won’t happen. You men are twisting my arm.
