Garcia won't ever rematch Matthysse

even if Matthysse beats a very good opponent/becomes champion, period !

 

garcia used all the tricks in the book to scrape past lucas even cheated he got lucky

 

he won't be able to get away with thumbing a second time. No, the rematch will never happen

 

tried to send Lucas' nuts back to Argentina in the 12th round.

 

But Danny did beat Lucas in a tough scrap....but he clearly won.

 

Garcia will fight Mathysse again if he becomes his mandatory once more, or if he becomes a bigger draw than Garcia.

Mathysse won their fight last year, dished the pain to Garcia, was screwed by the ref. and the judges and it's clear Garcia wants nothing of it ever again, if he can avoid it.

Of course, money talks though.

 

Danny and Matthysse will never rematch unless it is at 147 and Matthysse becomes a force there which he won't.

I hope that he can, but I doubt it. If LM can still make 140 why not stay there...unless he wants Danny that bad.

 

Matthysse was supposed to destroy Garcia in their fight. Instead, he got another L added to his record. Garcia owes him nothing. Lucas had his shot and he blew it.

 

I don't think Matthysse or Herrera should hold their breath waiting for a rematch.

I think a Matthysse/Garcia rematch would do better but Matthysse/Garcia/Provodnikov fighting each other in any combination is all good.
