I thought this guy was talking sh*t the whole time about his son doing a job on Khan but boy was I wrong. He got this fight to the T. He picked up on a fundamental flaw of Khan. He knew Khan was prone to the left hook all night and it landed. Seemed it was a matter of time due to Khan coming in with his hands down. He knew one of those left hooks was going to land at some point in the fight and Khan would buckle under one of those shots. Once one landed, Khan just couldn't recover from the shots. I have a new profound respect for him after his interview post fight. He seems a decent guy for me that want's to see his son do the best. He didn't bad mouth Khan after the fight, even after all the sh*t he talked pre-fight. Massive props to the Garcia's tonight and especially him for picking out the fundamental flaw in Khan. He really hit the nail bang in the middle.
Yep Khan for all his gifts has always had flaws which were exposed once again. Garcia for me is far from the finished article and having watched his fights with Theophane, Holt, Morales and Khan he definitely has his limitations. Lets hope he now defends his titles against Ajose Olusegun which is way overdue.
