I'm a big fan of angel and like that he shows such passion, but this afternoon he went overboard even bhop was cringing with the stuff he was coming out with half way through his speech.

I understand the frustration with danny not getting the support and respect he deserves but his rants about Lucas was way off and served no point at all considering he doesn't even understand english.

And I'm worried about his health the amount of stress and strain he puts out must raise his blood pressure up tenfold.

 

Most of the people in the crowd are Mexican, Angel and Danny is both puerto rican.

That's why more people are rooting for Matthysse

Hey man if you believe we should blindly be fans of any one thats from our homeland, then thats your opinion. But I feel americans not being fans of Garcia have good reason not to be. His dad says racist things, praises puerto ricans while down talking mexicans & other latinos & most boxing fans are hispanic!.

WHat he said about mexicans? I can understand his frustration, Floyd mentioned the same thing years ago. No support for US boxers. IF you think about it, boxing in the US is being kept alive by all the diferent ethnicities that live in the US. Mexicans, Puerto ricans, Filipinos and other nationalities support their fighters. Americans not so much. Hell even the european countries support their fighters no matter how good or bad they are. And the sad thing is, the major US tv networks have a lot to do with this.

I be mad too if my son is not getting the support nor the recognition he deserves.
