    I was surprised Garing Lane fought so long. I watched his 2nd fight against Tim Gates in ESPN. I thought it was funny. He was so out of shape & Gates was scared to get hit. Used to love the 4 rounders.

    Garing Lane was a true blue collar fighter. Took whatever fights he could get and usually against top flight prospects or named opponents. Saw him often back in the day.
