    matías prepared this fight way better. That's obvious.

    Proably he didnt lose the first fight for free, it looks like he learnt a lot from this defeat. He has still a lot to learn though. But he's a likable fighter, hard not to enjoy his fights.

    No he didn't; under NJ rules the doctor has no such authority. Nobody "told" her to do anything. In many commissions' jurisdiction the doctor can actually command the fight to stop. Not the case here. Not splitting hairs, spitting facts. :thumbsup:

    I'll have to go check the replay. Heard the Dr say he can not continue or something along that line. That was when it was waved of. Yes I get it that only the ref can stop it but she took the advice of the dr.

    He's a problem for everyone at the weight and, as said, an absolute nightmare to fight. That being said, because of his relentless aggressive style he's easy to hit and he can be hurt and I think that will likely be his Achilles heel and he could come unstuck against the real power punchers in the division.

    Always look forward to seeing Matias fight. He’s like a combination of Jarrett Hurd and Margarito. All action fighter. Hoping to see him get a shot at a title.
