    Great stuff wish id got a chance to meet this man. Its a tragedy but sounds like a good boxer and a great man (more admireable imo), my thoughts go out to his family and friends.

    What a class act you are, you f**wit!

    Was lucky enough to meet Gary just prior to the Everitt Martin bout while on holidays from Aus.

    Lovely bloke and very accomodating to his fans. Will be sadly missed.

    I was very fortunate to meet Gary at the British Boxing Awards in 2009. I was asking Ian Darke for a photoand he got a bit embarrased and shouted MAson over to get him in the photo so it "would at least be worth while". Gary was a top bloke.

    when he was famous my mate bumped into him and Gary gave a hug and wanted to know how all the other fella`s he went to school with were doing
