    Im Gutted, always had a respect for Gary, enjoyed watching his fights on the Telly when i was a teenager.

    I only just watched Mason Vs Lewis a couple of weeks ago.

    That is awful news, very sorry to hear this. I loved watching Mason fight, he was in some brilliant fights and was as hard as nails.

    Gary was a lovely fella. A very good fighter, and great fun to know. His smile, and his laugh never changed, even when he went through some bad times. The word tragedy is overused, but this is a very sad day as I remember happy times.

    RIP Bigman Gary Mason

    Only lost to Lennox...Gary will be missed not only as a man but as a part of the sport..remember him being on Sky as a pundit.
