pretty good matchup here. Big question is who is the road warrior? I don't like either guy if they are the road warrior. Mason had a deceptive sort of cover up defense.Gave you his forearms/shoulder/and top of his head. But I think it was better against clean right hands than left hooks. So I really don't know if Mason's defense can nullify the sizzling left hook of Morrison. If Mason weathers the storms or can nullify that left hook, I like the Mason chances once Tommy starts to slow down and drop those hands. Like usually the 4th or 5th round. Entertaining fight and both can spring a come from behind type victory. And neither goes 3-0 in a 3 bout series either.
Mason had rock solid chops and good power with decent hand speed but was slow on his feet.Morrison had a blistering attack and powerful left hook but was more vulnerable .I think Gary would weather the storm early stopping Tommy in about seven rnds .great fight.RIP to both guys.
