    He started up some kind of Arm wrestling championships, which didn't take off at all.

    He got sacked from Sky Sports Ringside show for talking sh&t when on live TV without realising. Gary Norman was asking him about a fight they'd just shown and Gary responded live on telly with something like:

    'Yeah, don't worry about that who cares? How does my tie look?'

    Classic telly

    Good luck to him though whatever he's doing. Good guy

    He's a security guard (part time or full time?), working in a hospital, confirmed by a close source.

    He was a nice chap though, no arrogance etc that some of todays shitsters like degale have.

    Yep, never made a big song or dance about it when he won. Which lets face it was every time he fought, except once, against an ATG.

    Gary died in January after being struck by a van as he cycled through London guys I guess a lot of posters are from abroad and just don't know. R I P Gary .

    Damn. strange to read back comments I made before he died. Like others have said, whether he was succeeding or not, he had a smile on his face and was universally liked and respected.
