    Gary O'Sullivan born 07/14/1984 is a 5'10 Middleweight with a 26-2 18 KO's 1 KO loss record. Born in the United Kingdom and fighting out of Mahon, County Cork, Munster Province, Ireland. O'Sullivan's one loss came at the hands of incredibly skilled Middleweight Billy Joe Saunders and that's nothing to be ashamed of, and it was only on points, and he came roaring back from that loss with the swagger of Roy Jones Jr, with a spectacular 1st round one punch brutal KO of Anthony Fitzgerald. He's trained by Paschal Collins the brother of Steve, Paschal has worked with Freddie Roach and hopefully picked up a few things he can teach Spike. While he may not be the most skilled of Middleweights and may falter when put in with a technically superior fighter, hopefully his career trajectory will keep going upward and this exciting Irishman can find himself in a high profile match sooner or later. Sidenote: He had a stool thrown at him after a match and he punched his girlfriend, although he said he was defending himself.     Nice use of the lingo!
    However I dont see him going too much further.

    He looks good at a certain level,but we saw what happened against Saunders

    Andy Lee has fought and beat fighters levels above anyone Spike has even beaten.

    Someone like Brian Vera is levels above anyone Spike has ever beaten.

    Andy Lee has never been completely schooled like Spike was against a green Saunders.

    The best fighter Spike has beaten is Matthew Hall.
    Andy Lee has fought one guy with a losing record in 35 fights.
    Spike O Sullivan has fought 14 guys with losing records in 19 fights.

    There is clear evidence that Andy has plateaued, while Spike continues to improve.
    People should know that Anto Fitz gave Andy a life and death struggle. I thought Andy nicked it, as did the judges, but many knowledgeable people on here felt Andy got a gift that night.

    Spike? Well he just levelled Anto Fitz in one round!
