The Gary Russell mind set the real reason he's on his way to greatness
The fight he got to tommorow is a good test no push over.

Good to hear!! First thing I look for in a prospect!! KILLER INSTINCT. I can't stand young fighters who carry that amateur mindset in the pros. If this kid really has that mindset then he will have a great future ahead of him as he already has the tools.

that kid shows more and more G potential. There some great fights that can happen in that division with Lopez, Gamboa, Mikey Garcia, Brooner, Russel and soon Donaire.

I agree, the only question that was held over Russel to me previously, was is he a G? Well he answered that one already. Russel a G!!!

This guy has real potential, the first fight I saw of Gary Russell was against Estrada on the Khan vs Judah undercard.

Thos combinations he threw were unreal.

He sounds stupid, he's gonna burn himself out quickly with that attitude and get knocked out by some bums.

For "whatever" the sense that makes, he's walked through 6 "bums" since that video was made.

This fight tonight is against no bum(Miranda). This will be a real test for him.

I see some Meldrick Taylor in Russell....best of luck to him, I respect that mindset in a fighter and he's got talent to go along with it.

Miranda's the appetizer, Gamboa the main course, Juanma for dessert.

HBO is reportedly just televising the main event(Zaveck-Berto) and Russell-Miranda.

The Pryor Jr bout will not be televised(reportedly).
