Gary Russel vs Raushee ****** for the Vacant WBC heavyweight title...Enforce a Pentology to make the best out of it...and convince the public they are real talented heavyweight champions

Haymon ends up with 2 midget 2 time heavyweight champions and winner faces Mayweather

Russell's in no hurry to face a serious threat but atleast the other televised fights look solid enough.

Good to see he's stepping up :-((

I was a big fan of this guy, but he's Wildering the hell out of his career.

Tamayo has been KOed by Guadalupe Arce (4-46).

That was Arce's ONLY career KO in 50 fights!

With Al Haymon's and Golden Boy's vast revenue, they could have EASILY found a better opponent than Tamayo.

To make it worse, Tamayo is a super flyweight.

Why can't he at least fight a super bantamweight?

This is disgusting - he is fighting a guy who has fought like 25 times and has NEVER in his whole career defeated anyone with a winning record. How this garbage gets televised when so many deserving fighters struggle for airtime is beyond me.

I was pumped about him in 2010...then waited for him to start rolling in 2011, which he looked spectacular against absolutely terrible opposition. Then he disappointed big time in 2012 and became a total joke in 2013. Now its 2014 and this guy is still fighting Walmart cashiers.

He has talked so much crap about every named fighter near him but wont get in the ring. That annoys me the most.

Adama is a middleweight. Russell fighting a super flyweight is like GGG fighting a super lightweight.

GGG is a middleweight, he doesn't need to fight anyone at 168. It's like asking why Russell doesn't fight someone at 135.

Adama was never stopped in his career. Tamayo was KOed by someone who never KOed anyone else in 50 fights!
