I’ve never seen Russel fight before
I’m picking Jojo just because

 

Slight lean toward Russell but if it’s close the Hispanic fighter gets the decision.

Diaz isn’t active with the jab, you can’t throw combinations with Russell. I expect Russell to win a UD but if this guy doesn’t stop this inactive crap someone is gunna exploit it.

Have to give GRJR the slight edge here.

 

This is a really tough one to call. You have a young lion in Jojo and you have a savvy, talented master in Russell. Despite Jojo's youth and power I would give the edge to Russell.

 

Also note inactivity! GRJ has fought 4 times since losing to Loma lol in the same time frame Diaz has fought 17 times or something like that! If GRJ loses its his own stupid fault for having the ambition of a sloth!

 

GRJ is a 3/10 fave on BetFair.

 

Really like both guys and have seen both live, JoJo several times. I just don't think JoJo has enough pop to keep Russell at bay and establish the type of distance that will favor him.

I see Russell getting inside and using his faster hands to land combinations, then slipping out. Decision, possible late stoppage GRJ.

 

If GRJ loses its because Jo Jo is the better fighter.
