I agree I never bought into the Lopez hype. He was an exciting fighter but was really flawed.

weak. i was a gary russell fan...but this just ruined it for me. of all the fighters to call out...u wanna fight a twice stopped juanma lopez!? really??? that's pathetic. call out salido!!!! that's what a real fighter would do. gary russell has real skills. there is no denying that. salido has balls. he went to juanma's backyard twice!!! and stopped him twice!!!! don't call out some guy coming off two knock out losses!!!! that's a ***** move. call out the guy who just beat him!!! that's what champions do!!! if u don't feel ready for that level...that's cool too. but just face a worthy opponent.

absolutely nothing. cotto ain't half as fast as floyd....but he was still putting hands on him. speed has **** to do with ****. it's nice to have....but not absolutely necessary.

Im guessing he trying to fight JML because he's a lil more popular....Overall, I do agree that fighting Salido would be better given he's the champ.

 

Yeah but he'll make more against Lopez. But I feel you though if I had my choice it would be Salido.
