Well, everyone refers to their opponents as “toughest oponent to date” regardles if true or not so it doesnt mean much. Realisticaly, Spike turned down Golovkin fight because he was promised some serious $ in a fight with ginger. That fell trough but doesn’t mean that it’s off the table, meaning he won’t take any unnecessary risks. Vanes, Lemmy, Rosado(?) even Cheesburger jr isn’t too far fetched. Whoever it is, I hope Spike gets his ass handed to him. Nothing against him as a fighter (or even a person) but the way he went around the fight with Golovkin puts him on my [needs to be taught a lesson] list.
I don't think it will be anyone serious. I read that Spikey boy could face the winner of Canelo vs GGG in december.
