people need to understand that Pac is using Khan to practice against a fast left hand. Nothing more, nothing less.

Perhaps you need to see another demonstation, in slow motion this time.

If you could please point out where Khan's handspeed and power troubled Prescott, I would appreciate it.

well that sums you up now i realise you really are a top boxing expert

so your logic is that because khan had fifty seconds of a fight but he got sparked because he has a glass chin, like i said, that means hes not skilled?, he never got chance to show his handspeed and skills in that fifty second fight, he got smashed on the chin and it knocked him out, and if the fight was on again then he probably would get the same treatment should he get hit, but my point was until he gets hit flush he can give anyone trouble. even pac, if you get off his nuts and let him get in the ring that is

Haven't seen Gary's name in a long time. When I first saw him, thought he was just one more pony-tailed fighter training at Wild Card. (didn't advertise he was an actor)

He was only workin' out for a movie role, but he had some spirited sparring sessions with top-flight talent who wanted to knock the pretty-boy's head off.

Showed real skills, hand speed, set down to punch, had balls, and talked smack with the best.

Your talking crap, khan has a glass chin and poor defence. No one on here is doubting that, however he is very good offensively, fast hands, good jab, decent power and put his punches together in combos. If you can't see that then you know **** all about boxing.

Bloody hell i hate khan and loved it when he was knocked out but anyone being onjective will say he is good on the offense

Khan has skills, just not as many as many people claim. However, you did claim that his handspeed and power would give anyone trouble. However, his hanpseed and pwoer gave Prescott no problems at all.

50 seconds was more than enough time for Prescott to show off his power. Anyway, Khan's defense is also bad. He leaves himself wide open when he's throwing those punches.

But here's the problem, he gets hit flush all the time. He's going to get him, that's a part of the sport. If he can't a punch, he's useless in this sport. Tito had chin problems but he really did have fantastic offesive skills. His offense acted as sort of a shield for his suspect chin. Khan's skill isn't on that level, not even close.

Khan getting in a real fight with Pac would be suicide. Pac would walk right through his shots and knock Khan's ass out with the quickness.

Many guys can look good offensively when they're fighting light hitting bums. He can't go all out like he does when he's fighting someone who can actually fight. He tried that with Prescott and he got laid out. Guys who are truly gifted offensively are able to showcase their skills against good fighters. Khan is not able to do that.

Because he has got one of the worst chins i've ever seen and a poor defence, it doesn't detract from the offensive skills he's got, for example i would fell comfortable picking him over malagnaggi because offensively he is good and paulie couldn't take advantage of his weaknesses

Pacman and his team obviously think it's worth the time to spar with Khan.
I think it's because Khan has fast hands and the Pacman wants to practice against good fast hands. Nothing more, nothing less.

What do you think team Pac see in Khan that is useful to Pacman's training?

    No ****ing kidding.

The object of sparring is not necessarily always to prove you are "the better man". Pacquaio clearly would knock Khan out in an actual fight, so there is no need to try to do it in sparring. I'm sure Pacquaio himself knows that, and Khan as well.

If they're sparring and Pacquaio is working on slipping jabs, etc., then of course he's not going to be trying to go to war with Khan. Sigh, shouldn't even need to explain this to people.

Khan has enlisted Roach as a trainer. For all we know Roach is more interested in gettng Khan work than he is off getting Pac work.
