    Buckland is firing up hard shots at Sykes' head and scoring a bit, but Sykes is ducking in with earmuffs on and deflecting a good many and landing his left hook well. Buckland is landing lead rights and left hooks. Flurry by Sykes. Body shots by Buckland. Sykes is stepping around gingerly in a left-bound circle. Buckland is pressing and getting the better of the exchanged flurries.

    Both look intense. Buckland pushes Sykes after throwing a left hook, Sykes backing up, Buckland lands a left hook, and a gut shot. Uppercut lands AND A BIG LEFT HOOK Sykes eats it up. Buckland left hook the head and body, right hand lands for Sykes. Left hook to the body for Buckland. Skyes, now working the jab. RIght hand lands for Buckland. Buckland charging in on the inside, Sykes has no answer thus far. Sykes throws a combo, Buckland responds with a right hand. 1-2 for Sykes lands glancing. Big Buckland round though.

    Sykes is leading with hooks as he steps around to the left with his legs spread wide, and Buckland is just shaking them off to land his own shots down the middle with his arms wrapped around his face. Sykes lands a good body shot. Downward slapping right hand from up high by Buckland. They lean together and trade body shots. Sykes now dances out and jabs. Buckland comes forward and keeps the pressure on with high back-flexing left hooks and some lone rights.

    Sykes jabbing a bit more, Buckland diggs to the body with a left hook, bot hlanding on the gloves nothing clean now first minute goes by. Sykes jabbing, Buckland comes forward. Nice up jab lands for Buckland followed by a right hand. Sykes lands a body shot. Buckland continues to press, lands a left hook to the body. Close round, nothing real clean. Buckland gets it for me, because of RG and EA.

    Buckland comes forward and is popping his jab in doubles now. Sykes is flashing his faster hands out for flurries of hooks and one-twos while grunting with exertion. Buckland lands a big uppercut! Leaping hook by Buckland. Combo by Buckland! Sykes is covering up between flash flurries. Buckland is just taking the flurries on his forearms and then loading up huge power shots that are fairly accurate. Slapping right hand by Sykes. Now a quick flurry to the face before leaning in to a clinch.

    Buckland jabbing a bit more this round, they tr hooks to the body. Buckland comes forward nice right hand. Sykes jabbing, Buckland lands a nice left hook and a right hand! Crowd starts feeling it! Sykes feeling it, nice right uppercut by Sykes though! Buckland comes back with a right hand, left hook by Sykes. Buckland though coming forward, Sykes really feeling these shots.
