On paper you would say Ortega wouldn't beat Paret...but he did. On paper, you could say he wouldn't survive Fernandez...but he did. I would lean towards the very best of Starling edging Ortega in a tight fight. Ortega's activity, but mainly his accuracy gives Moochie a close run.
