Hey ladies and gents my question here is when you are feeling like you have no energy wats ever in training, what do you do about it push it out to max or what? im asking this because the other day i felt like i had no energy in my legs wat so ever, but i pushed and pushed as i was working on the heavy bag and pretty much kept to my hooks which are quite powerful i might add. i know nutrition has to do with this because my food that day werent the same to what i usually have, but im wondering what do you if your in the gym and ur feeling like this? Thanks in advance!
Bad Idea...... Too Much Stuff In Those... Just Try To Take A Power Nap.... 20- 30 mins probably do the trick Before You Go To The Gym.....
Sports drinks are fine, they are 100 on the GI so will bring your blood sugar levels right back up which drop during exercise. Preferbly better to eat a couple of oatmeal biscuits or couple of bananas but energy drinks are the best for quick fix

Are you suggesting that he eats biscuits or bananas between rounds? I would throw up straight away. My advice boobsnsn would be just to suck it up and deal with it. If you were uncharateristically gassed in one training session I personally don't think there's much you can do about it. Perhaps you went out too hard too early, or burnt yourself out from nervous energy or maybe you were getting a virus or something.
