Gassiev looks really HUGE on the new photo

I've never seen Gassiev have any conditioning problems. On the contrary, I saw a CW unloading bombs in round 12 against a world class opponent a few months ago. How often do we see that, in that division?

 

He's a huge dude anyway but yeah, he looks real big there.

Just goes to show how much having a low bodyfat% has an effect on your aesthetics, He went from looking a god of war to looking like a fat pie eating world of war craft player that's never stepped foot inside a gym.

 

Better ease up on the homemade halupkis.

 

He looks definitely out of shape and a bit fatty but you can be sure he will go for it in the next few weeks. Losing 40lb from this point is completly bull****, prob 20lb, i think more like 10-15lb and he is six week out so no problem at all. Will be in good shape on May 11.

 

He used to train with Arreola, maybe he gave him some diet advice.

the training will burn it off but getting so fat and out of shape in between fights shortens your career dramtically

riddick bowe did it and was finsihed as a young man
why not just watch what you eat
workout a couple of times a week instead of yo yoing and having to drain yourself hard for the most important fight of your career.

Well yea, low bodyfat is by far the most important part of aesthetics besides your face. But you can't control your face. You can get a haircut or try and grow a beard to cover up an ugly face. And being fat will make your face look bad anyways.

Basically the way to be aesthetic is pray you have decent genetics and aren't ugly. If you are ugly grow a beard. And never get fat.

You have those 2 down and you're basically good to go.
