Interesting, what Gato said in his interview pretty much confirmed what I suspected when Cotto came out with his statement. When Cotto said Gato wasnt taking it seriously, I assumed he got frustrated with whatever Gato was doing in there...heck if he was so frustrated with Gato having his hands down, he would just make Gato pay for it. Im assuming he couldnt hence why he threw him out the camp. Kinda like how Duran got frustrated with SRL "clowning", because there was nothing he could do about it.

Or it could just be that Cotto's camp didnt want that style of fighting full stop, they wanted Gato to emulate Pac, instead he was emulating RJJ when hes messin about.

Because he's got a mega-fight coming up and needs to spend his time getting serious rounds in, not beating up a clown like Gayto.

 

Maybe Gato's impersonation of Pac sucked.

 

Let me get this straight most here believe that Cotto was having difficulty finding Gato even though Cotto beat 3 southpaws in Paulie, Judah, Quintana that are 10 times or more better then Gato? Man.

I find it funny how we're all referring to him as "Gato." It's like we're giving him actual credibility by doing so.
