Its sad to see a guy go out looking so bad. One of my favorite fighters of all time. I really wanted him to win this, but it looks like hes done

That killed me to watch that. From the 1st round on it was hard. It just killed a little part of me as a fan. Thanks for the memories. Please retire, you will prove nothing by fighting on.

 

elderly abuse. Gatti was around for a long time as a top fighter. It would be great if Gatti and Mick opened up a gym together, something to do in retirement.

 

Sad and unnecessary.

 

I don't know if it is because I am part Italian or my wife is Italian, but that sucks.

 

The last 10 seconds of the fight looked like a symbolic ending from a movie. Gatti getting punished, but trying to fight back, then one last punch landing perfectly on him and he falls down in slow motion with his face in the canvas. There is absolutely no reason why he ever needs to fight again.

 

Is he still going to fight JCC Jr?
