This has fight of the decade written all over it to me, ECSPECIALLY If both fighters chose this imaginary night to give the fight of their lives.

Anyone who knows me here, will know who I want to win obviously so I promise not to be biased.

But I see this as pretty much h2h from the first bell. And I also would guess that both boxers will be cut no later than the 3rd round. So if the fight didn't get stopped due to a cut, I'm gonna have to say after a back and forth war, Gatti would pull his trademarke rally late and probably stop Katsidis on his feet around the 10th.

    Gatti Tko10 Katsidis

With scorecards reading something like, 87-83, 84-86, 85-85 at the time of stoppage. Damn that would be one hell of a fight.

    Thoughts?

Gatti would knock his brains out. People underestimate how hard of a puncher Gatti was. Obviously against the right styles, guys that come at him... he was going to punch them very very hard. Ward had an iron f'n chin... Katsidis does NOT.

Katsidis would crumble before Gatti thats for sure. Late TKO win for Gatti.

Ooops, I meant to pick Gatti by decision, I clicked Katsidis instead.

    Gatti would pummel Katsidas.
Arturo would take anything Kats can throw at him, can't say the same the other way around.

I figured, but I'm sure Gatti will still get cut up pretty good like normal though.

Katsidis is tough, but Gatti took "tough" to a different level.

Gatti by career shortening knockout. The guy wasn't the best boxer but in a war i'll take him over most modern fighters.

Love Kat, never cared for the wife beating Gatti, but I have more faith in Gatti's chin holding up than I do Kat. Gatti by KO.

I dunno but Kats wouldn't lose to Ivan Robinson.

Wow. Gatti is on a different level than Katsidis. No comparison whatsoever. Anyway Gatti by KO before 6.

I agree, but Katsidis has gotten better since his losses imo, so I figure he could keep it interesting until Gatti breaks him down.

I dunno about that. I like Kats, but he isnt that good. Ivan Robinson had a pretty close scrap with Philip Holiday, and Kats IMO isnt as good as Holiday was.

You also have to take in the fact that, it took everything out of Robinson to get the W's over Gatti. And his second win over Arturo only came because of critical point deduction.

After Gatti, even though Robinson won (by the skin of his teeth), he was never the same.
