Gatti VS Pacquiao,Whos More Exciting To Watch?

The Human highlight reel for me.He was my favorite fighter.

Gatti is the most exciting fighter I've ever seen.

 

Both fighters have been in very exciting fights.

Pacquiao for the prospect of seeing him beat someone up. He's more exciting to me because of the higher level of opponents and the explosive manner he tries to blow them away makes his fights a lot more compelling.

Gatti for the prospect of seeing him get beat up yet sometimes getting the W. Since that beatdown from Mayweather though it's been a bit depressing watching him fight, but he has given us some very dramatic fights.

Gatti's fights were indeed exciting-credit his opponents for that. I have MAJOR respect for Arturo Gatti as a legitimate TOUGH GUY. I don't know that I would call HIM exciting. Perhaps his fights were exciting, he left much to be desired as a professional boxer.

Don't get me wrong, Manny Pacquiao is not Floyd Mayweather in the area of technical brilliance. Pac is not what I'd call a tactician. But compared to Gatti, Pacquiao looks like PBF. Again, major respect for Gatti but his fighting style is not my cup of tea.

 

The question was who was more exciting

 

pac is more skilled but gatti was more entertaining and his fights with mickey ward especially the first was and is one of the most influential in making me such a strong boxing fan.

 

Gatti for me. the guy would take a tremendous beating and when it looked like he couldn't come back, Gatti would somehow rally.

 

Pac. Gatti's opponents were B and C level fighters (mostly), yet it would look as if it's a fight of his life and on equal footing. Pac fights A & B types, and the Pacster mostly overwhelmed 'em.
