The guy is 47 year old and has the definition of a padded out record. I can see why Gwynne mentioned recently that he's fed up with how hard it is to get a fight these days.
I’m guessing it’ll be on the Manchester show featuring Cacace vs Barrett and Bentley vs Heaney? I would have preferred to see Gwynne fight Gary Cully but it will be nice to see him add the European belt to his British and Commonwealth Titles. Matchroom won the purse bid originally but since Cordina didn’t want to fight Barrett or Cacace in Wales on September 30 they let it go. Not sure why they didn’t add it to the Opetaia vs Thompson card on the same date as it’s missing a solid fight to boost the poor undercard. Warren’s Manchester card sounds good if Cacace vs Barrett is the headliner. Fairplay to Matchroom for allowing Barrett to fight on a Queensberry card. I think Barrett wins this one. Bentley vs Heaney isn’t an inspiring fight though.
