TBH, if I'd made as much noise as he does I would of made a point of going by now to show that he does actually beleive what he says and he aint saying it to be a ****.

    I like Rob mind.

All you'll need to have done is played a bit of football in the past and you'll probably give Gavin a working over.

if you seriously think professional boxers would beat you down over some words you said on a forum then you seriously overestimate your importance in the domestic boxing scene.

I think Frankie needs to be a wee bit more lively.

There's something about the look he has, its like on one hand he cant be arsed and knows he will get by. And on the other he knows he has the skills to succeed but he's just not using then to his advantage. It's a strange one.

Frankie if you put some cheese in with the beans more healthy for you.

I've watched Frankie spar on a number of occasions and ok sparring isn't fighting but he's blown me away. Unbelievable teckers the lad has got, truly.

Saturday might not have been his best night but he won that fight clearly for me, it was only Dave Parris who scored the fight to Curtis and we know how Dave struggles to score a fight

If I was being critical I would say Frankie needs to throw more power shots like he did in the last round when he had Curtis in trouble. He can throw quick jabs and one two's all night, but when he let's his hands go properly he's got decent power. I just don't think he does it enough at the moment,

And Arnie is a top trainer I don't think a move is the answer at all :good

    no its not

actually beans on toast whilst lazy isnt necessarily a bad meal, all depends on the quality and type of beans and bread used. still, shouldnt be a mainstay of his diet

................exactly,its like someone said earlier, mitchell was taking the **** and not training before the katsidis fight, is that mr tibbs,s fault? No its the ****ing boxers, trainer not with them 24 hours a day, so what you do? kick the fighter out of the gym? maybe but a clever intelligent coach may give the kid a break, like jimmy did and look what happened next, mitchell is ****ing gods gift according to some.Frankies been promising this and promising that, maybe a change of coach would be good move, but to blame farnell and slag him off is out of order.look at tother guys in his gym and how they are doing.:patsch.........you can take the horse to water...blah blah, old chinese proverb

Frankie has the right trainer in farnell.Would do gavin the world of good if farnell took him over to new york and cali for some qaulity sparring.my opinion gavin biggest prospect in world boxing so hope he sorts his diet out.a boxing fan who has no clue about boxing shouldnt bad mouth a trainer who has been in the sport for over 20 years.

On talent and amateur pedigree alone he's certainly the brightest prospect on the British scene.

He's 11 pro fights into a career its still very much a learning curve, 2 slightly sub-par performances in fights he still managed to win beyond any major doubt is not a disaster.
