I'm going with Watson to eke out a decision here. Needs to keep it in the centre, don't get walked to the ropes and get his spacing right by keeping Gavin at the end of his jab, mid/long range and try to get him walking into shots, especially uppercuts. A good guard and getting off first are essential for Watson. And i think he's got the tools to pull it off. It'll be close though.

I'm going with Rees. He seems to have his **** together and I think his experience will be the difference.

Yep, that could be the difference. Gavin Rees might be able to carry his plan out better. The key for Watson is to step away from Rees' line of attack and don't hold is feet without doing anything. If he does that it'll give Rees the chance to work the body and steal rounds with his activity. Good, interesting and competive match-up. Won't be surprise either way tbh. I just think Watson will come out on top, if he does what he should.

Interesting to see how Rees deals with the long arms and boxing ability of Watson.

50-50. Close decision win either way.

Can´t see Rees making any adjustments because of the opponent. He´ll come flying and throwing tons of sloppy punches and it will work or it won´t. Depends how good Watson´s movement, boxing brain and stamina are.

Excited about this one. My thinking is towards Rees but it should make for an entertaining close bust up. Best of luck to both men.

Sky coverage starts at 9pm, not sure if they're showing an undercard fight first.
