OK first and foremost I am not going to knock Frankie, i think he boxes well , kind of peaked in 13 with some good wins.

But his weakness is that he always looks kind of heavy , I know its not a body building contest either , but my question is 'does a conditioning coach help him at this stage of his career? or is he already using one and this is how a peak Gavin looks?

Either way he is a level below Brook , but i don't want him going down to a body shot like when he fought Bundu.

    Peace.

If Gavin was conditioned correctly he would be a light welterweight.

Pretty sure he uses one. It's not just that, it's clearly his diet.

Gavin will always see himself as one of the lads (Nando's, nights out on the beer etc), but he is a professional athlete. He needs to start living like one.

If he got a nutritionist on board and actually stuck to a well thought-out meal plan (combined with his s&c), he'd be down to 140 no problem.

It's all in his head, imo.
