Gaybatulla Gadzhialiyev is a 5'7 24 year old Light Welterweight Amateur. Born in Mugarty, Dagestan, Russia and fighting out of Azerbaijan. Gaybatulla has had his fair share of bad luck in the scoring department he lost out in the opening round of the 2012 Olympics by 3 points to Houya eliminating him from the competition, although some thought he deserved the nod. Yet in 2014 he had an impressive run in the World Series Of Boxing beating top Cuban amateur Yasniel Toledo not once but twice, however it remains to be seen whether or not he makes it to the 2016 Olympics since he was derailed earlier by losing to the US fighter Tyrek Irby. Regardless Gadzhialiyev was made for the pros his style is all out savage aggression, he comes in swinging for the fences like a madman albeit using effective aggression and not fighting like an idiot, he's incredibly fun to watch he has brutal left and right hooks to the body and to the head. He can also fight off the backfoot circling around and outpointing his opponents with nasty combos from the outside relying on his fast feet. A slugger with skills to box from the distance? Definetly mor suitable style for pro ranks, like you said. Medhzidov, Abdullayev, Mammadov, Gadzhialiyev. I hope some promoter finds a way to steal these guys from the Azerbaijan box federation.
Hopefully it'll be a market that a promoter tries to tap really soon, there's a lot of good guys with very fan friendly styles that are made for the pro ranks, another thing they have easy to market names GG AA MM.:yep

Guys like that keep me having homeland security on speed dial. Not that they would do anything, they are too busy groping grandmothers and handicapped children confined to wheelchairs.
Every since I found out that one Tsarnaev brother was a Boxer, these guys give me a hint of pause. Hopefully they all have good intentions.
I'm not sure but it was on a Holden Productions/HD Boxing card at the casino in Oklahoma where Baranchyk knocked that guy out in seconds. Holden had talked about signing some international fighters so maybe he signed these 2, good choices if so. I'm surprised whoever was able to get such a high level Azeri to turn pro
