    im 52 and you can distinctly see the 6 separate muscles of my 6 pack, but i couldnt run 3 miles if my life depended on it. i have exceptional genetics for muscle, bad genetics for bone and blood, and good genetics for intelligence.

    He's done. Mentally. J-rock ruined him as cliche as it may sound. Gave him a boxing lesson and beat him at his own game when they brawled. Gallimore while limited was tough and could punch. Doesn't seem like any of that is there tonight.

    i havent worked out in years, eat what i want when i want, and im within 10lbs of my weight straight out of airborne jump school at the age of 22. im a freak. but, i have terrible lungs. 30 years of smoking and too little aerobic activity has me wondering what i am actually capable of today.
