Only an 80/20 offer in a fight that can potentially sell 1million buys is not a bluff. Its more than a fair offer when you consider that Jacobs would make in that fight well over what he's ever made before in any fight.
20% vs Canelo would be like getting over 50% vs Golovkin, so its no bluff.
