I'll keep it bookmarked though. It at least a good watch, scoring aside?

Diaz and Machado anally plunge this kid, and Farmer and Ogawa, and maybe even Tank.

Now that I'll agree to readily. Explosivo vs. Pitufo would be a ****ing dream match, hopefully they both stay undefeated and pick up a couple of belts each so we can have a big all-PR unification someday.

i dont see how a switch to either fighter would be much improvement to what he is trying to achieve... i meant the best he could do for himself and his fighter, not for those that want to see this kid chopped down a couple feet.

Well, the original statement was "best that could be put together on short notice for a Mexico vs. PR match-up" (which is of course boxing's most lucrative rivalry), and I'm sure that Machado would've taken it on a week or two's worth of camp and even short money for the chance to snatch a hyped Mex-American kid's zero on national TV. Would've allowed them to sell way more tix @ StubHub than a Vélez fight and would've been the peak revenue they could've brought in for the date. Pitufo a bit less but still would rake in more interest & money than Vélez.

I expect big things from him in 2-3 years. Hopefully he gets paired up with a world level trainer. Not sure his dad can do much more for him, but who knows.

They should make Garcia-Corrales pronto, either Kingry gets brutally KTFO or Jezreel gets brutally KTFO.

No matter the result, I'll be a happy camper.:applaudit:

Abel has got a SFW - Denis Shafikov. And Abel and Kingry got beef. Why not feed Shafikov to Kingry to settle their beef?

I'm not sure you have that phrased correctly.

then i probably should have explained that there has never been a promoter, in the history of the sport, who would go looking for a way to put anyone elses self interests before his own, or his fighters. if its about giving the fans the best show, then hell, he should have fed him to tank now.
oscar wanted a tough but safe nights work for his young fighter on 5 de mayo and this guy was almost perfect. tough but inactive, puerto rican, and easily paid. if he was a beltholder, then yea this is a step back.
