Why is a boring build up fight like this on almost every card? Nobody wants to watch this and it does not help the prospect to look entertaining.

 

Magdiel Cotto (no relation) vs Elie Augustama, 6 rounds.

The tall Haitian journeyman doing a pretty good job of keeping Cotto off balance with movement; Cotto landing more and banking rounds but can't quite figure out the puzzle completely to put his foe away.

 

Might help the prospect improve to face a guy like Augustama, though.

I've seen a lot worse. It was fairly spirited and I liked the fact that the opponent gave a good account of himself and made it interesting on the cards.
