GBP President Gomez: GGG must not fight BJS in June or it will jeopardize the Canelo fight!

Exactly, BJS has very fast hands when he is fit and ready. He is actually very talented. It just sucks how he has been doing business for the past year

 

I doubt that would happen, Canelo being the draw would likely have to get more to make the fight. Ginger has been given a lot of leverage in that respect by his somewhat deluded fan base. But, that said, GGG would command a lot more having 4 belts than only the 3.

 

Yup, agreed. His form lately has been pretty bad compared to what he is capable of. Everybody is overlooking him, as though taking his belt is a formality. I think it would be a bit harder than folks presume.

 

I know but I'd love to see Golovkin play hardball back with DLH who I think is truly to blame for the **** around with the fight.

Canelo deserves the lions share of the package but Golovkin deserves a nice slice as well and I'd be e trigued to see where Canelo and GBP go if GGG gets all 4 belts and they can't come to an agreement on the fight.

 

They shouldn't look past him. I think he will be ready for his next fight either it be GGG or Canelo but one of those guys is fighting him.

If Golovkin gets all 4 belts you bet your ass nothing will change and Golovkin will CONTINUE to fight subpar comp.

Absolutely. He's a solid B level guy right now, and like with most B level guys, he has a major weakness that can, has and will always be exploited that will keep him from the elite level.

 

I think it'll be easier for both Canelo and Golovkin to take his belt now in 2017 than it will be in 2018. He's only 27 and I think is only going to get better. That's why I kept saying I don't think he's ready for either guy right now, but in a year or two may be better and a tougher opponent.

 

What's do you see as his weaknesses?
