Full disclosure: I don't care much about this card, have minimal interest, and will only be tuning in for probably the upper end of the bill to kill time until the Mavidis vs. Findley match in Costa Mesa later tonight.

Just a heads up regarding that fight in case you haven’t checked out the bout order already, but the Mavidis-Findley fight is the second of the night so make sure to tune in early so you don’t miss it (should be around 10:15-10:30EST if I’m not mistaken)

I’m also not going to be around though for the most part as the NBA Finals have my attention for the night

This card has yet to start, or at least the streaming of it hasn’t begun yet. A bit unfortunate if the latter as I would’ve liked to have seen Melikuziev’s debut.

May I politely point something out? We are in Daylight Time this time of the year- as we are most of the year as a matter of fact. So these times should be EDT not EST. Or just plain ET if you want to avoid worrying about the time changes twice a year. Most tv networks just use ET, CT, MT & PT nowadays to avoid that confusion.

Thanks, but I know and just choose to ignore that. :sisi1

I'm okay with just using EST year-round and being technically 'wrong' half the year (half isn't most). I think daylight savings is silly and shouldn't exist in the first place...and not everywhere recognizes it. (although I realize all but a few territories/states/provinces of North America do)

You're entitled to your opinion, but you're actually wrong for over 8 months out of the 12 month year since Daylight Time started on March 10 and doesn't end until November 3rd this year. I personally think it's the greatest thing ever invented after maybe fire since who the hell wants to sun out early in the a.m. other than farmers and early risers? I much prefer it to be light out until 8 or 9 pm in the summer evening. If anything I'd be fine with leaving it Daylight Time all year, in other words clocks ahead, not the other way around.

I mean, yeah, either way, it should be uniform year-round. IDGAF how far in either direction they push it, as long as it stays consistent and isn't arbitrarily changed and then changed back again some months later.

...and yeah, force of habit..when I was a kid it was 6mo; they only modified it within the last decade or two I believe.

Agreed. Chimpa was a moderately hyped prospect at one point, even after the Duno upset, and some people were still riding the bandwagon and making excuses for him after the first one against Rey Pérez, but as of the Pérez rematch I think everyone has bailed on that dumpster fire on wheels. :sisi1

Honestly won't be much of a shock if Valenzuela pulls this out.
