Floyd said it himself , he never fought guy that small. Floyd is much bigger than Loma. Lomachenko on the other hand shows some floyd in him in always finding the way to win.

Loma won fair and square but it was no masterclass because Linares got his in too.

    Literally years of practice.

I kinda sucked at it when I first started, compared to now.

There is a trade-off involved, however - in those early days I was really passionate about doing it and wanted to do a good job. Now I kind of resent that I'm conditioned to compulsively have to be typing & hyper-evaluating fights a mile a minute in my own brain instead of just being able to kick back & relax with a beer and enjoy them - but I'm much better at it now. Than like anyone, including every professional judge (and I realize how arrogant that sounds, but I'm only parroting what many others have said on my behalf :nusenuse:)

Blessing & curse, in other words. The more it has become a chore that ruins my ability to watch the sport like a regular fan, the more it has refined the skill.

Why wouldnt he? Pbf is a stylistic nightmare for loma bigger faster longer knows how to fight tall and on the inside with atg defenl he ices loma with that straight right and he wouldn't get dropped by a guy like linares either.

Loma could go up to 154 and shut out Jarrett Hurd, and some people still wouldn't be satisfied.

Those who called it a quit job has never had a punch to the liver.

It is like your liver contracts and the air goes out of your lung.Your whole inner cavity craps.

that KD makes it better IMO. He came through some adversity to pull out the win.

130 PBF was too green to deal with a slick, experienced southpaw like Loma IMO. 135 and up, we get a more mature, experienced Floyd who can fill his frame out better...now that's when it gets crazy.

I love how ESPN (and lots of others) marginalize his amateur fights when it suits them.

    Only 12 fights! + (400 amateur fights)
